Find people within your organization through the company directory. Directory entries come from organization profiles.

04

Bring contacts along

Review supported contact import and export tools, and connect compatible CardDAV clients where supported.

A useful part of your working day.

Choose a task to see how Contacts helps your team move it forward.

Start with your company directory.

Look up the person you need inside your organization and use their business contact details.

  1. Open the colleagues or directory view.
  2. Search for the person by their details.
  3. Use their business address for the next conversation.

Directory records are managed through organization profiles and are not ordinary editable personal contacts.

Personal details and company records stay distinct.

Your personal address book, shared contacts, and company directory have different access rules. The workspace presents them together while preserving their purpose.

What is the difference between contacts and colleagues?

Contacts are records in personal or shared address books. Colleagues are directory entries maintained from organization profiles; the directory is read-only in the address-book view.

Can I sync contacts to a compatible app?

CardDAV connections are supported for compatible clients. Use the connection settings provided for your organization and check the client’s shared-book support.

Are contacts included in email migration?

IMAP email migration does not include contacts. Use the supported import or contact-sync options separately.
