How are subscriptions billed?
Basic, Medium, and Business are priced per mailbox, monthly or yearly. Custom plans are quoted for your organization. The organization dashboard shows your final quote, tax, and add-ons before confirmation. Nepal billing details, invoices, bank transfers, and configured payment options are handled in the dashboard.
Is the free storage allowance per mailbox?
Free includes one mailbox with 1 GB storage. Basic includes 6 GB per mailbox, Medium 12 GB, and Business 35 GB. Paid storage is allocated per mailbox. Custom storage can be discussed with our team.
What does the yearly monthly price mean?
It is the yearly subscription price divided by 12, shown for comparison. You pay the full yearly amount per mailbox for the annual cycle. The page also shows that annual amount explicitly.
Are taxes included?
The displayed base subscription prices exclude applicable taxes and add-ons. Your final quote and invoice show the exact amount before you confirm.
