Need help choosing a plan or setting up your domain?

Speak with the team
Can I use my business domain?

Yes. Use addresses such as you@yourcompany.com. Add your domain, verify ownership, and follow the DNS checklist in the organization dashboard. Your website can stay with its current host.

Can I move email from my current provider?

Yes. Import from supported IMAP sources including Gmail, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Yahoo, and iCloud. Test the connection, copy your mail, and sync new messages before changing mail routing. IMAP migration leaves messages in your old mailbox.

Where is my email data hosted?

The Oneemail mail system hosts your mailbox data on servers in Nepal. Your mail data resides within national boundaries, and being close to your team means lower latency and faster speeds when you open, search, and send mail.

How are my documents and Drive files protected?

Documents stored in Oneemail are protected with end-to-end encryption keys and bank-grade security. Behind the scenes, files are kept on AWS S3 with encryption keys managed in AWS KMS, and strict security enforcement applies to every request. Files are protected in transit and at rest.

Are there Oneemail mobile apps?

Android and iPhone apps are coming soon. They are designed to cover the whole workspace: full email with proper message rendering, attachments, voice mail sending, and end-to-end encryption; team chat with group creation; video calls and meetings; Drive with document uploads; and calendar management.

Where do my team and administrators sign in?

Your team uses app.oneewaee.email for their mailbox and connected tools. Administrators use mailadmin.oneewaee.email to manage domains, mailboxes, roles, security, migration, and billing. Mailbox users do not need admin membership.

How does email encryption work?

Oneemail supports optional OpenPGP and S/MIME user-key encryption. End-to-end email sending requires compatible recipient keys and setup; it does not apply automatically to every message or existing mail. Team chat has its own end-to-end encryption, and Drive documents are stored encrypted.

Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird?

Yes. Connect compatible mail clients with IMAP and SMTP. CalDAV and CardDAV support compatible calendar and contact apps. Use a dedicated app password for mail clients when two-factor authentication is enabled.

How are subscriptions billed?

Basic, Medium, and Business are priced per mailbox, monthly or yearly. Custom plans are quoted for your organization. The organization dashboard shows your final quote, tax, and add-ons before confirmation. Nepal billing details, invoices, bank transfers, and configured payment options are handled in the dashboard.
